Poxibilita was born from specific research on how to handle communication, leadership, facilitation and negotiation.
In a historical age in which information seems to be an absolute value, we positioned our self in the area of 'how' information is passed on and the management of it's impact. In fact, the difference in terms of results, is determined by the use of the resources and not by the quantity and the quality of the resources which we believe we have available.
History teaches us that even if we invest unlimited resources, the results can miss our target. On the opposite side, there are people who started without resources and have built huge empires.

Project regarding Israeli-Palestinian dialogue organized by University of Florence, Association Al Tariq of Gerusalemme and ARCI of Florence
I am Francesco, I currently work with ARCI and the Florence University on issues regarding international cooperation. This year, with Florence ARCI, in partnership with Palestinian association "Al Tariq", we implemented a program of intercultural exchange that includes young Israelis and Palestinians.
